VIRES offers shipping within Japan and to selected international destinations.

Shipping Within Japan
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of JPY 1,800 (tax included) applies to all domestic orders.
Free shipping is available for orders totaling JPY 28,000 (tax included) or more per order.
Dispatch Time
Regularly available items will be dispatched within 7 business days after your order is confirmed.
Please note:

・Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and other non-business days.
・Dispatch or delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier circumstances, or other unforeseen events.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will be dispatched according to the estimated shipping schedule stated on each product page.
If the estimated shipping schedule changes due to production, inventory, or other circumstances, affected customers will be notified by email or other appropriate means.

International Shipping
International shipping is available.
Currently, we offer international shipping to the United States.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of JPY 8,500 (tax included) applies to orders shipped to the United States.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for free shipping, even when the order total is JPY 28,000 or more.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
Orders will be dispatched within 7 business days after confirmation.
Once dispatched, international orders generally arrive within approximately 7–21 days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, local delivery conditions, carrier circumstances, and other factors.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Other Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other taxes and fees may be imposed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
