Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After confirming the condition of the item, we will arrange an appropriate return, exchange, or other resolution.
In such cases, VIRES will cover any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
